- 10+ years PQE
- Strong background in commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and transactional work
- Experience within OHADA jurisdictions is essential
- Fluent in French and English
- Prior exposure to Francophone markets
- Ability to operate independently with minimal reliance on external counsel

Role Overview
- We are supporting a major multinational with the appointment of a Senior Legal Counsel for its West Africa region.
- Based in Dubai, this role will strengthen the organisation’s legal capability, improve responsiveness to regional business needs, and ensure consistent governance across OHADA jurisdictions.
Scope of the Role
