- Risk based supervision of regulated firms across multiple sectors
- Conducting desk based reviews, onsite assessments, and thematic reviews
- Analysing financial and non financial data to identify emerging risks and recommend supervisory actions
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to communicate expectations and challenge outcomes
- Supporting regulatory projects, supervisory frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- UAEN (UAE National)
- 5–7+ years’ experience in financial services, regulatory supervision, conduct oversight, or risk management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and assess risk
- Solid understanding of regulatory environments and risk based supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience engaging with senior management within regulated firms is advantageous

Role Overview
