Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial, corporate and transactional agreements including SPAs, shareholder agreements, JV and investment agreements
- Lead M&A transactions from structuring and due diligence to closing, managing external counsel as needed
- Provide legal support across business functions such as operations, procurement, HR, finance, and corporate governance
- Advise on data centre and infrastructure projects including agreements for development, construction, and service levels
- Identify risks and deliver practical, commercially viable legal solutions aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 10–15 years PQE
- Proven drafting and negotiation skills in corporate, commercial, and M&A settings
- Strong attention to detail and commercial, solutions focused approach
- Ability to operate independently and thrive under quick deadlines
- Excellent communicator capable of working closely with senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed

About The Role
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial, corporate and transactional agreements including SPAs, shareholder agreements, JV and investment agreements.
- Lead M&A transactions from structuring and due diligence to closing, managing external counsel as needed.
- Provide legal support across business functions such as operations, procurement, HR, finance, and corporate governance.
- Advise on data centre and infrastructure projects including agreements for development, construction, and service levels.
- Identify risks and deliver practical, commercially viable legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 10–15 years PQE, ideally from a reputable law firm or in house in a high growth environment.
- Proven drafting and negotiation skills in corporate, commercial, and M&A settings.
- Strong attention to detail and a highly commercial, solutions focused approach.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive under quick deadlines.
- Excellent communicator capable of working closely with senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in data centres, technology infrastructure, AI/HPC, or energy projects.
- UAE legal experience.
- Background in blockchain or digital assets.
Other Requirements
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
