Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy
- Build the commercial function, processes and operating framework from the ground up
- Provide market intelligence across AI infrastructure, hyperscale and data centre markets
- Support investment decisions through commercial analysis, demand forecasting and competitive benchmarking
- Work closely with development, finance and executive leadership on business planning and capital deployment
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial models for future capacity
- Build relationships with hyperscalers, AI platforms, cloud providers, GPU ecosystem participants and strategic partners
- Support negotiations for future customer agreements and commercial partnerships
- Establish reporting, governance and KPIs across the commercial function
- Help shape the long term go to market strategy as the business expands into new regions
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience within data centres, digital infrastructure, AI infrastructure or a closely related sector
- Strong commercial, strategic or business development leadership experience
- Experience developing commercial frameworks, processes and operating models
- Strong understanding of data centre customers, market dynamics and investment drivers
- Experience supporting executive teams with commercial strategy and business planning
- Ability to work comfortably with investors, board members and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent relationship management

Key Responsibilities
