Senior/Lead Software Test Engineer (MobileApp)

Project Description

Responsibilities

• Perform testing tasks within agreed timeframes and according to design or functional specifications.
• Create test cases from requirements and software architecture.
• Build test environments and execute test cases.
• Report test results, feature status, logs, and defects.
• Verify, validate, and reproduce defects.
• Make test-design decisions according to the test plan, strategy, and requirements.
• Automate tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform integration and regression testing.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in computer science or a comparable field.
• Solid understanding of mobile application testing and manual testing.
• Experience with Postman, Xcode, and ADB.
• A few years of test automation experience using tools such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Deep understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems, OS versions, screen resolutions, and hardware variations.
• Understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices.
• A few years of CI/CD pipeline experience with tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• A few years of experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• A few years of experience working with agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
• English proficiency at C1 Advanced level.
• Strong communication, self-organization, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Continuous learning attitude.
• Knowledge of safety-critical standards.
• Cloud testing experience.
