Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Copilot Architect to serve as the enterprise technical authority for our digital workplace ecosystem.
This role is responsible for defining and evolving the strategy, architecture, governance, operational model, and roadmap across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related services.
The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive platform modernisation, governance maturity, cost optimisation, AI adoption, operational excellence, mergers & acquisitions integration activities, and enterprise-wide productivity transformation.
This position requires a strong architect capable of partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, security teams, IT operations, and external vendors to ensure that Microsoft technologies are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
The architect will serve as a trusted advisor, technical decision-maker, and escalation point for the organisation's Microsoft productivity and low-code platforms.

Position Summary

Own the architectural vision, roadmap, and operating model for Microsoft 365 services.
Define enterprise standards, design principles, governance controls, and technology guardrails.
Lead architecture reviews and solution assurance activities for business and technology initiatives.
Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and determine business applicability, risks, and implementation approaches.
Establish architecture patterns for collaboration, communication, content management, automation, AI, and integration workloads.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and productivity improvement.

Required Experience
10+ years of IT experience.
7+ years focused on Microsoft 365 architecture and administration.
5+ years of Power Platform architecture experience.
Experience leading enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 environments supporting thousands of users.
Proven experience with governance, operational support, architecture, and transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience engaging with executive stakeholders.
