The Experience: This role sits at the heart of the Office of the CEO organization, inside the AI Trust and Governance engineering team — the group making sure Salesforce's AI is powerful and trustworthy.

As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer, you'll bring hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems.

You'll team up with engineering, product, architecture, and platform partners to design and build scalable, cloud-native services that power Salesforce's AI Trust and Governance mission.

As a senior/lead IC, you'll set the technical direction, mentor engineers, tackle thorny technical challenges, and raise the bar for the whole team.
