About the Role

- Acts as a Servant leader and creates autonomous teams
- Owns and manages ETE Technology service roadmap and execution
- Leads and drives Agile and DevOps ways of working
- Ensures consistencies across requirements for the services managed
- Communicates to all levels of the organization both verbally and in written form the plans and progress of the team
- Coordinates closely with Lead Product Owner and Delivery Owner to plan deliverable execution
- Owns and is fully accountable for delivery plan, budget management, vendor management, quality, risks, timeline, coordination, reporting, hiring resources, and communication with stakeholders
- Architects and optimizes systems for ECM and DCM capabilities including deals management, sale module, investor module, book building, settlement etc.
- Drives innovation through AI, automation, and cloud native solutions
- Ensures compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product vision
- Mentors engineering teams and enforces SDLC and DevOps best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a servant leader creating autonomous teams
- Experience owning and managing ETE Technology service roadmap and execution
- Experience leading and driving Agile and DevOps ways of working
- Ability to communicate plans and progress to all levels of the organization
- Experience coordinating with Lead Product Owner and Delivery Owner to plan execution
- Full accountability for delivery plan, budget management, vendor management, quality, risks, timeline, coordination, reporting, hiring, and communication
- Experience architecting and optimizing systems for ECM and DCM capabilities
- Experience driving innovation through AI, automation, and cloud native solutions
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and enforcing SDLC and DevOps best practices

Job Purpose
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms supporting equity and debt capital markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Core Responsibilities
