Role overview
Lead administration of enterprise messaging, email security, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
The role supports large-scale Microsoft 365 services and their related integrations and operational processes.
Required shift
- Shift timings are 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM.
- The role requires work during US business hours.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven or more years of hands-on Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on Exchange Online and Exchange Server administration, including SMTP relay and hybrid dependencies.
- Advanced troubleshooting across Outlook, OWA, mail flow, message trace, transport rules, connectors, mailboxes, permissions, Autodiscover, mobile access, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience administering an enterprise email security gateway and supporting Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Server relationships, and Microsoft Entra ID synchronization.
- Experience with formal IT service management processes.
