In this role, you will:
• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
• Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Risk Analytics, or Enterprise Transformation, including leadership of strategic modernization initiatives.
Expert-level Python expertise for AI development, analytics, automation, anomaly detection, and scalable monitoring platforms.
Deep experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, LLM APIs, MCP-enabled architectures, Prompt Engineering, and RAG frameworks.
Proven ability to architect and scale enterprise AI platforms, multi-agent solutions, and AI-powered monitoring capabilities.
Experience leading platform modernization, SAS-to-Python migration, cloud transformation (GCP), and analytics automation programs.
Strong expertise in NLP, unstructured data analytics, machine learning, anomaly detection, and risk signal detection.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, data architecture, and large-scale data environments.
Strong understanding of AI architecture, governance, explainability, risk controls, and production deployment standards.
Experience developing and scaling custom agents, copilots, enterprise AI solutions, and automation platforms.
Proven ability to define enterprise AI strategy, target-state architecture, technology roadmaps, and modernization priorities.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
Strong leadership experience building high-performing teams, mentoring senior consultants, and driving enterprise AI adoption.
Demonstrate ability to execute effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas.
Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups including executive management, regulatory examiners and internal auditors.

Candidate must be willing to work on mid-shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM), Mon - Fri, weekend off
