Job Description

Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Bolton with regular in-office collaboration expected.
• The position offers flexibility that may include remote work.

What Mars Is Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including retail or account-level CPG sales experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen.
• Experience with joint business planning and execution.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales and share growth aligned with SCM model sales plan objectives.
• Manage daily merchandising, new item acceptance, assortment optimization, budget adherence, and buyer relationships.
• Act as the customer point person for daily business operations.
• Build relationships across customer organizations, the sales unit, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop execution plans aligned with the Mars Food Nutrition Canada strategy.
• Analyze opportunities and support go-to-market plans for launches, trade deployment, and pack creation.
• Provide customer forecasting with demand planning for product concepts, initiatives, and annual brand plans.
• Lead collaborative planning and recommend improved customer planning and activity-set processes.
• Analyze and communicate future channel needs and manage the account financial plan.

Salary

• The base pay range at commencement is CAD 108,661 to CAD 142,617.
