Gold Rush Jewellery is seeking a Senior Jewellery Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, manage high-value client relationships, and lead the sales team for retail gold and silver investment products.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow retail investment volumes in gold and silver products
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with high net worth individuals, retail investors, and institutional clients
- Oversee day to day sales operations, pipeline management, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Monitor market trends, gold & silver prices, competitor activity, and customer demand to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to ensure all sales activities adhere to UAE regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and MIS for senior management review
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure exceptional customer experience, transparency, and ethical selling standards across all sales channels
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience
- Preferably minimum 2 years of gold jewellery, luxury watches, diamond or related industry
- Experience with Suntech Software
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong understanding of gold and silver investment products, retail investor behavior, and UAE market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage high value transactions with discretion, integrity, and compliance awareness
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, CRM systems, and performance reporting
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional languages Hindi, Gujarati and conversational Arabic are a strong advantage

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience.

- Preferably bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages Hindi, Gujarati and conversational Arabic are a strong advantage.
