About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow retail investment volumes in gold and silver products
- Build and maintain long term relationships with high net worth individuals, retail investors, and institutional clients
- Oversee day to day sales operations, pipeline management, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Monitor market trends, gold & silver prices, competitor activity, and customer demand
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to ensure sales activities adhere to UAE regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and MIS for senior management review
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Ensure exceptional customer experience, transparency, and ethical selling standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
- Experience with Suntech Software is mandatory
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Preferably minimum 2 years of gold jewellery, luxury watches, diamond or related industry

Job Post Summary
- Pay: From 2500 (AED) per month

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
- Preferably minimum 2 years of gold jewellery, luxury watches, diamond or related industry
- Experience with Suntech Software is mandatory
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
