- Build and evolve the engineering platform for mission critical security products
- Develop frameworks, libraries, and developer tooling to enable faster and more reliable shipping
- Enable cloud agnostic delivery across AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and bare metal environments
- Raise the bar for reliability, observability, and production readiness
Requirements
- 8+ years of production Java experience (Java 17/21 preferred)
- Deep JVM expertise (concurrency, GC tuning, profiling, performance optimisation)
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and reactive systems (Project Reactor / WebFlux)
- Proven experience building internal platforms, frameworks, SDKs, or shared libraries at scale
- Strong distributed systems fundamentals (consistency, retries, idempotency, failure modes, backpressure)
- Experience with Kubernetes native and cloud agnostic architectures (multi cloud or hybrid)
- Strong observability mindset (SLIs, SLOs, alerting, error budgets)
- Experience owning production systems end to end in high availability environments

Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the frameworks, libraries, and developer tooling that enable teams to ship faster, more reliably, and at massive scale.
- Enable true cloud agnostic delivery across AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and bare metal environments.
- Raise the bar for reliability, observability, and production readiness across the organisation.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of production Java experience (Java 17/21 preferred)
- Deep JVM expertise (concurrency, GC tuning, profiling, performance optimisation)
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and reactive systems (Project Reactor / WebFlux)
