Job Description
The Analyst is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of enterprise applications in partnership with Technology and Business teams. The role requires strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Database technologies, Cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
The successful candidate will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for application development initiatives, driving engineering excellence through solution design, code quality, automation, and AI-assisted development practices.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Apply expertise in multithreading, concurrency, collections, transaction management, and distributed system design.
Lead the technical design and implementation of medium to large-sized features and enhancements.
Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, performance, and production issues.
Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, architectural principles, and engineering best practices.
Drive code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD adoption, and cloud-native engineering practices.
