Senior IT Systems Engineer – Infrastructure & Global Service Delivery

Take ownership of service quality and user experience

Identify recurring issues and drive structural improvements

Contribute to ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, and change management)

Improve documentation, standard procedures, and knowledge sharing

Identify automation and efficiency improvements

Support the development of a scalable and standardized global IT support model

Work closely with international IT teams (Netherlands and other Countries)

Support standardization across tools, processes, and ways of working

Collaborate with internal development and support teams on complex issues

Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies

Take initiative in situations where processes or ownership are not yet fully defined

Contribute to building a structured, reliable, and scalable IT environment in India

A hands-on engineer who takes ownership beyond tickets

Someone who pro-actively improves systems, processes, and service quality

Comfortable in a growing and developing, not fully defined environment

Strong focus on end-user experience and reliability

Able to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term improvements

In this role you will work as part of a globally operating and distributed IT organization, with firsthand responsibility for our operations in India. You will directly contribute to creating a scalable, structured, and high-quality IT service model.
