Lead Mechanical Design Engineer - Data Center

Job requirements

• · B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• · 15+ years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 10+ years in data centre projects.
• · Must have handled at least full-cycle Indian data centre project, from concept to commissioning.
• · Strong knowledge of HVAC, critical cooling, fire protection, and mission-critical mechanical systems.
• · Expertise in ASHRAE, ISHRAE, ISO, along with international standards.
• · Proficiency in CFD analysis, thermal modelling, and energy simulation tools.
• · Hands-on experience with 3D modelling software incl. AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, ACC.
• · Familiarity with SCADA/BMS for mechanical system integration.
• · Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• · Agile and adaptable to diverse Indian & international project scopes.
