Roles and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium- to large-scale IT projects.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, stakeholders, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party providers.
- Manage projects across regional, international, or multi-country environments.
- Apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Work with senior management, business sponsors, and technology teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial-sector and regulatory requirements.
Skills and requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on IT project management experience.
- At least 7 years of banking or financial services experience.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale IT projects.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, budget, and project governance skills.
- Experience in international or multi-country project environments.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or PMI-ACP certifications are advantageous.
