Responsibilities
- Develop and design comprehensive IT/ICT solutions including data center infrastructure, network architecture, and telecommunication systems
- Create detailed technical blueprints, diagrams, and documentation for new and existing infrastructure
- Lead end to end implementation of IT/ICT projects including system integration, configuration, and testing
- Architect and manage data center infrastructure including compute, storage, and network components
- Design and implement telco solutions including WAN, SD WAN, MPLS, and advanced carrier grade networks
- Manage complex projects involving multi vendor systems, cross functional teams, and sub contractors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT/ICT engineering with significant exposure to design and implementation in data center and telco environments
- Proficiency in data center technologies (servers, storage, virtualization), telecommunications systems (WAN, SD WAN, MPLS), and ICT platforms (UCaaS, enterprise applications)
- Strong hands on experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expertise in networking protocols, infrastructure design, and network security solutions
- Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior IT/ICT Engineer with a strong background in design, implementation, and management of data center, telecommunications, and ICT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design comprehensive IT/ICT solutions including data center infrastructure, network architecture, and telecommunication systems.
- Create detailed technical blueprints, diagrams, and documentation.
- Lead end to end implementation of IT/ICT projects.
- Architect and manage data center infrastructure.
- Design and implement telco solutions including WAN, SD WAN, MPLS.
- Develop enterprise ICT solutions such as unified communications and cloud integrations.
- Manage complex projects involving multi vendor systems.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
- Design systems with a focus on security, compliance, and resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT/ICT engineering with significant exposure to design and implementation in data center and telco environments.
- Proficiency in data center technologies, telecommunications systems, and ICT platforms.
- Strong hands on experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in networking protocols, infrastructure design, and network security solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Certifications in relevant domains (e.g., CCNP, VMware VCP, ITIL, or PMP) are highly desirable.
