At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges.
We challenge our limits.
Always.
We’re ambitious.
We’re game changers.
And we play to win.
We set the highest standards and execute beyond them.
And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.
So, what’s the role all about?
The Senior Business Application Analyst will join NICE's ALM & AI Team, responsible for our Atlassian Cloud ecosystem and for the implementation and adoption of AI development tools across the organization, primarily Claude
You will work closely with the Engineering and Product groups — our primary stakeholders — while also providing ALM and AI services across other business units.
You'll drive continuous improvement of ALM processes and tools, build strong relationships with your internal customers, and deliver great solutions to their evolving needs.
A core focus of the role is driving AI adoption org-wide — both as a power user leveraging Claude and similar tools to improve team workflows and reporting, and as an administrator configuring, governing, and securing AI usage.
You will bring best practices in ALM and AI-augmented delivery, implement change requests hands-on, provide support and training to end users, and own ALM and AI activities end to end in a fully Cloud-based environment.
How will you make an impact?
- Deep understanding of ALM work processes and tools in large software organizations, Cloud-first / Cloud-only
- Broad, hands-on experience administering Atlassian Cloud — Jira Software, Confluence, Structure, and Xray, including configuration and integration with other tools
- Experience integrating Atlassian Cloud tools with third-party systems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) and other integration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Claude (primary tool) and familiarity with other AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex) — both as a power user and as an admin governing usage, permissions, and data handling
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise SaaS/AI adoption
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud site/org administration: permission schemes, security policies, app management
- Comfort using AI assistants to build automations, integrations, or reporting logic across ALM tools
- Project management experience – Advantage
Have you got what it takes?
- Experience with Agile methodologies and hybrids (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, SAFe/LeSS) and how DevOps/DevSecOps intersects with ALM
- Experience with additional AI coding/DevOps assistants beyond Claude
- Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot)
- BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Atlassian Analytics)
- Public cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Bonus Experience
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Customer oriented, able to balance a primary stakeholder group with cross-business-unit service
- Curious and proactive about emerging AI tools, eager to pilot and evangelize internally
- Highly self-directed – works well independently or on a team
- Analytical, data oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliability
