- Lead the development of innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations
- Prepare space planning, layouts, and design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives

- Develop detailed design documentation, drawings, specifications, and construction packages
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to handover, ensuring on time and on budget delivery
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, present concepts, and address feedback
- Lead and mentor junior and intermediate designers, reviewing drawings and technical documentation
- Prepare and review CAD/Revit drawings, FF&E schedules, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams and ensure compliance with UAE building regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
- 5–10 years of professional interior design experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC market
- Proven experience delivering residential, hospitality, commercial, or retail projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and project execution capabilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and construction detailing

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through project completion.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to deliver exceptional residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.
Key Responsibilities Design & Concept Development
- Lead the development of innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, and design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
- Develop detailed design documentation, drawings, specifications, and construction packages.
Key Responsibilities Project Management

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Required Qualifications
