Job Title: Senior Interior Designer (Manageral position , 10 Years of Experience
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager / Creative Design Manager with a strong background in interior design management to lead and grow our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall business operations and interior design projects
Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality design standards
Manage design teams, project managers, and site execution
Handle client relationships, presentations, and approvals
Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Requirements
Proven 10 years of experience in a senior management role within an interior design or fit-out company
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of interior design, materials, and execution processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and client-handling skills
UAE experience is highly preferred
Location: Abu dhabi

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
