Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced **General Manager / Creative Design Manager** with a strong background in **interior design management** to lead and grow our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall business operations and interior design projects
- Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality design standards
- Manage design teams, project managers, and site execution
- Handle client relationships, presentations, and approvals
- Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
Requirements
- Minimum **10 years experience in the interior design field**
- Minimum **2 years in a management role**
- Proven experience in a senior management role within an interior design or fit-out company
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of interior design, materials, and execution processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
- Arabic preferred
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
