Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Design Engineer – Site Supervision.
The role oversees high-end interior fit-out and finishing works across luxury villa and premium building projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply strong knowledge of interior finishes, bespoke joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, partitions, and decorative elements.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and mock-ups.
- Conduct quality inspections and snagging while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, architects, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Apply UAE construction practices, authority requirements, quality standards, and consultant supervision procedures.
- Resolve site and design interface issues through communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is mandatory.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and site supervision.
- Strong UAE/GCC consultant-side supervision experience is mandatory.
- Experience with luxury villas, high-end residential, hospitality, premium commercial interiors, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing interior works from execution through snagging, de-snagging, and final handover.
