Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Design Architect to lead interior design and fit-out supervision packages in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports quality compliance on behalf of the supervision consultant and coordinates contractor and multidisciplinary site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate contractor submittals, including shop drawings, high-end material submittals, method statements, and samples, and resolve RFIs.
- Manage and guide site inspectors while providing technical support and engineering direction for interior design and fit-out works.
- Ensure interior architectural works comply with luxury project specifications, approved design concepts, and drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural disciplines to resolve site conflicts and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Lead site inspections, testing, and commissioning for interior design mock-ups and final handovers while maintaining precise records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior design and building construction projects.
- Consultancy experience is highly preferred.
- Valid membership certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
