Senior Integrity Engineer (Offshore)

Description & Requirements

• Conduct failure analysis to root cause and drive subsequent defect elimination
• Develop and maintain Integrity Management Plans, Integrity Operating Windows, and inspection scopes for pressure equipment
• Lead RBI studies and long-term planning to ensure asset integrity across all lifecycle stages
• Provide engineering support to projects during construction, commissioning, and change management
• Lead functional engineering assurance activities including compliance audits
• Mentor and coach discipline-specific engineers in both operational and corporate environments
• Accredited degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent)
• 5–10 years of experience in Integrity support to Operations in the Oil and Gas industry
• Knowledge of relevant standards including AS1200, AS1210, AS3788, API 653, API 579, API 580, and API 581
• Strong technical competencies in RBI, Fitness for Service Assessment, inspection techniques, material selection, and corrosion management
• Ideally, offshore integrity management experience and TBOSIET certification
