- Help improve insurance need identification and holistic human life value replacement assessment for Premier clients
- Support, develop and train/coach relationship managers to improve interactions and drive higher wallet share and wealth penetration
- Help relationship managers enhance client engagement, advisory capabilities and sales performance
- Act as a strategic partner and contribute in delivering measurable impact on business outcomes
- Join Relationship Managers in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input
- Conduct Holistic financial planning reviews with Clients alongside the relationship manager
- Collect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities
- Provide support to Relationship Managers on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales / advisory with measurable outcomes
- Experience working in Wealth/Retail Banking environment with strong client recommendation and sales results
- Strong passion in training and coaching of insurance products, concept and sales with Relationship Managers
- Sound knowledge of macroeconomics/microeconomics/local market developments
- Expert knowledge of external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management
- Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnerships
- Ability to deliver needs based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
- Able to communicate well in English and Arabic is preferred
- Graduation degree essential for UAE visa

Overview
- HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking aims to be the international bank of choice for affluent customers. This role is about supporting, helping and guiding relationship managers in increasing their insurance productivity and building insurance penetration within RM managed clients.
Responsibilities
