Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Qatar!
In this role, you will lead the supervision of instrumentation, control and automation works on a major roads, infrastructure and drainage programme.
The works include surface-water and foul-sewer pump stations, attenuation tanks, rising mains, drainage networks and associated PLC, SCADA, HMI, monitoring, protection and control systems.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Lead the consultant-side supervision of instrumentation, control and automation works across both work packages, with particular responsibility for pumping-station systems.
- Review the Contractor’s instrumentation and control shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, control philosophies, cause-and-effect documents and technical submissions.
- Supervise the installation, interfacing, testing and commissioning of field instruments on pump inlets, outlets, rising mains, tanks, chambers and associated infrastructure.
