Parsons is hiring an ITS Engineer specializing in AI and NLP.

The role supports AI, ML, NLP, generative AI, and decision support applications within an Advanced Traffic Management System.

Support the Resident Engineer across technical, administrative, and operational aspects of AI-enabled traffic management applications.
Oversee predictive analytics, incident detection and classification, traffic forecasting, operator assistance, chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge management, and AI-driven business intelligence.
Review system designs, algorithms, data architectures, training methodologies, model validation, cybersecurity requirements, and integration with ATMS and other ITS systems.
Support and supervise ITS design input, specification compliance, installation, testing, and integration across major infrastructure projects.
Review and recommend approval of FSDDs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and test plans.
Coordinate ITS devices, fiber networks, power systems, and related civil foundations during installation.
