Requirements

- Proven ability to lead inspection teams and enforce compliance
- Ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and implement corrective measures
- Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and liaise with inspectors and stakeholders

Overview
- The Telecom Quality Assurance Supervisor is a seasoned professional responsible for leading a team of Telecom Inspectors to ensure all telecom activities meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Your role
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide Telecom Inspectors, ensuring effective performance and adherence to standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all telecom activities conducted by stakeholders comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance Oversight: Act as the final authority on compliance for telecom projects.
- Inspector Guidance: Provide technical and procedural guidance to inspectors reporting to him.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate inspector performance, ensuring consistent quality delivery.

About You
