• I'm working with a high-performance quant research firm in Abu Dhabi scaling their distributed compute and data infrastructure to support cutting-edge research workflows.
• Elite quant operation managing vast, complex datasets at scale

• They need a senior engineer to own the architecture that powers their entire research computation platform - cloud, distributed systems, and beyond.
• What you'll be working on:
• Designing and scaling a distributed cloud infrastructure handling massive research datasets and compute workloads
• Building and optimising HPC environments to accelerate quant research at scale
• Managing GPU clusters and compute resources for high-throughput research computation
• Architecting robust, low-latency data pipelines across distributed systems
• Driving cloud adoption and best practices across the engineering org
• What they're looking for:
• Deep expertise in distributed systems - you've designed and owned these at scale
• Strong HPC background with hands-on GPU cluster management experience
• Cloud experience is key - AWS, Azure, or GCP at a serious level
• Strong data engineering fundamentals across large, complex datasets
• Finance experience a plus - but raw engineering talent is what counts here
