- DevOps Engineer – Elite HFT Firm – Dubai \| Up to $200,000 Tax-Free + Bonus
- I'm working with an elite HFT firm in Dubai hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their infrastructure team.
- They have traditionally operated in European markets, but are now expanding into the UAE.
- Mission-critical trading infrastructure in one of the world's fastest-growing financial hubs
- Small, high-calibre engineering team - real ownership, no corporate overhead
- They need a strong cloud and infrastructure engineer to own their Azure environment end-to-end.
- What you'll be working on:
- Owning and evolving cloud infrastructure supporting live trading systems
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across complex, high-performance environments
- Managing Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration at scale
- Driving IaC adoption - Terraform or equivalent
- Automating operational workflows and internal tooling to support trading and engineering teams
- What they're looking for:
- Production-grade Azure expertise - you've designed and owned these environments
- Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- IaC proficiency - Terraform or equivalent
- Scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation and tooling
- Trading or financial services experience a strong plus
