- Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT Teams on technology platforms
- Develop robust technology solutions meeting customer requirements and architectural standards
- Continuously monitor performance of technology platforms and tune for best performance
- Prioritise incidents, investigate causes, and facilitate system recovery
- Provide input to service continuity planning and implement resulting plans
- Translate logical designs into physical designs and develop system documentation
- Specify user system interfaces including validation, error correction, and security controls
- Conduct benchmark studies to identify and implement new technologies
- Undertake routine installations and removal of hardware/software components
- Develop installation procedures, standards, and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- ITIL Certified
- CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, RHEL Certification
- Fluent in English
- Capable of conducting cost benefit analysis for IT investments
- Cost oriented with effective problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs

Job Purpose
- Ensures availability and scalability of technology platforms in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to IT Teams on technology platforms.
- Develops robust technology solutions that meet customer requirements and architectural standards.
- Continuously monitors performance of technology platforms and incidents.
- Prioritises incidents, investigates causes, and resolves to facilitate system recovery.
- Provides input to service continuity planning process and implements resulting plans.
- Translates logical designs into physical designs and develops system documentation.
- Specifies user system interfaces including validation, error correction, and security controls.
- Conducts benchmark studies to identify and implement new technologies.
- Undertakes routine installations and removal of hardware/software components.
- Develops installation procedures, standards, and schedules.
- Defines integration build and software modules; produces software builds.
- Maintains application support processes and ensures requests are dealt with according to procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- ITIL Certified.
- CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, RHEL Certification.
- Fluent in English.

- Capable of conducting cost benefit analysis for IT investments.
- Cost oriented with effective problem solving and decision making skills.
