Role Description
The Senior Information Technology Recruiter manages end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles across 3IF Ventures and its portfolio companies.
This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
Recruitment Delivery
- Source and screen IT and technical candidates, coordinate interviews, and advise hiring managers on role requirements.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use data to refine hiring processes and improve recruitment outcomes.
Recruitment Strategy
- Develop recruitment strategies tailored to startup needs.
- Collaborate with leadership and portfolio company teams to deliver timely, high-quality hires that support growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Expertise in IT and technical recruiting, with experience filling software, data, and infrastructure roles.
- Strong hiring skills involving stakeholder partnership, role-profile definition, and evidence-based recommendations.
