Role Description
Part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Oversee assigned outlets or business units in inclusive insurance and financial services.
Ensure service delivery, policy adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
- Maintain customer service standards and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate reporting, process improvements, and strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
- Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and support growth and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in outlet management, general management, or shift supervision in financial services, insurance, or related sectors.
- Strong team leadership, staff supervision, performance management, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence in operations management, scheduling, resource allocation, process improvement, budgeting, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with reliability, time management, and adaptability.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Familiarity with inclusive finance or insurance ecosystems in emerging markets, particularly Africa, is advantageous.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices and innovation that enhances financial resilience.
