Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Influencer Sales Manager role based in Dubai.
The Senior Influencer Sales Manager will identify, pitch, and close influencer-led marketing deals with brands and agencies, focusing on revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and negotiating commercial terms for influencer campaigns.
The role involves working closely with internal influencer marketing, account management, and operations teams to design customized campaign solutions and ensure successful delivery.
The Senior Influencer Sales Manager will monitor campaign performance, gather market insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance offerings and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in influencer sales, media sales, or digital advertising sales, preferably within a performance or influencer marketing environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Solid understanding of influencer ecosystems and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat) and how brands leverage them for performance and branding.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (influencer marketing, account management, operations, and analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics, draw insights, and translate performance into clear client value propositions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in GCC or MENA markets and an existing network with brands or agencies is highly desirable.
