IAM Governance and Operations

• Design and maintain IAM architecture and roadmap across the technology landscape.
• Develop IAM policies, processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines with technology risk and assurance stakeholders.
• Ensure IAM compliance across cloud services, data centers, networks, servers, databases, applications, websites, and end-user computing.
• Manage third-party IAM operations for headquarters and regional hubs in line with defined policies and SLAs.
• Integrate new business applications and IT services with IAM solutions during transition to operations.
• Participate in the Change Advisory Board to review IAM compliance for technology changes.

Risk, Lifecycle, and Access Controls

• Plan proactive access risk assessments and compliance reviews across the IT environment.
• Define and adopt joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle policies for staff, consultants, contractors, and other users.
• Lead periodic access reviews across business solutions and infrastructure components.
• Establish authentication and authorization standards and implement privileged access management controls.
• Oversee second- and third-level support for IAM incidents and requests.

Integration and Reporting

• Integrate IAM processes and solutions with IT service management and third-party service provider processes.
• Manage authentication, identity governance, identity administration, privileged identity management, and compliance solution landscapes.
• Provide IAM training and awareness across solution implementation, security operations, and IT service management.
• Prepare and present IAM reports covering plans, status, and risks to management and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum eight years of information security and identity and access management experience.
• Experience architecting, designing, and implementing IAM solutions, including privileged access.
• Experience managing IAM operations and designing authentication and authorization standards.
• Experience implementing joiner, mover, and leaver processes and performing access reviews and risk assessments.
• Understanding of IAM integration requirements for business solutions and IT infrastructure components.

Languages and Certifications

• English is mandatory; Arabic and French are preferred.
• CISSP, ISO 27001, CISM, or another relevant recognized information security certification is listed as relevant knowledge.
