- Design, develop, and implement enterprise business process solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
- Model business processes using BPMN 2.0, including human tasks, coaches, business rules, and process routing
- Integrate workflow applications with enterprise and core banking systems through REST and SOAP web services
- Configure and maintain process applications, toolkits, and shared services within WebSphere/Liberty environments
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable workflow solutions
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Support UAT, deployment, and production releases across multiple environments
- Provide production support, incident analysis, and root cause resolution
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and process specifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or IBM BPM
- Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, Process Designer, Business Process Center, and Process Portal
- Experience with Coaches, Human Services, Business Rules, and Case Management
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and REST/SOAP API integration
- Experience with WebSphere Application Server or Liberty
- Mandatory experience working on banking or financial services projects
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

About the Role
