About the Role
EchoData is hiring a Power BI Developer / BI Analyst for a full-time onsite role in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end BI solution delivery including data modeling, dashboard deployment, and ensuring high-quality analytics systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for decision making
- Build and maintain efficient data models using Power Query and DAX
- Integrate multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and enforce data governance standards
- Monitor and optimize report performance, dataset refresh, and load times
- Manage Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, deployments, datasets)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Continuously improve analytics systems by retiring outdated reports and enhancing existing ones
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Power BI / Business Intelligence
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
- Experience with Power BI Service administration
- Strong understanding of data governance, RLS, and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Onsite role in Riyadh
- Arabic speakers preferred
- Must be available for immediate joining
- Currently in Saudi Arabia (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are hiring an experienced Power BI Developer / BI Analyst for a full time onsite role in Riyadh. The selected candidate will be responsible for end to end BI solution delivery — from data modeling to dashboard deployment, ensuring high quality, secure, and performance optimized analytics systems.
