Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment related documentation
- Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR related inquiries
- Support managers in handling employee relations matters
- Assist in resolving employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Prepare monthly HR reports for payroll processing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Experience using HRIS or ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities
- HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage

Job Summary
