Role overview
The Senior Human Resources Manager is the primary HR operator at Bankjoy.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than a primarily strategic advisory position.
The role reports to the COO and works with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on recruiting coordination.
HR operations
- Run onboarding for US and Canadian employees and contractors using Rippling as the system of record.
- Own offboarding, including access revocation, device returns, equity cleanup, final pay, and system removal.
- Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and HR data in Rippling.
- Administer benefits for US and Canadian employees.
- Handle basic IT support tasks and coordinate new-hire hardware procurement.
- Own the SOC 2 HR security policy and maintain HR evidence for the annual audit.
