Key skills for this role
This role is the primary owner of our HubSpot Marketing implementation and the main technical point of contact for the Marketing and Presales teams. You will be the go-to person for how HubSpot is configured, maintained, and evolved - translating marketing and presales needs into robust, well-governed processes across campaigns, lead management, and reporting, and keeping the platform healthy and aligned with how the business actually works.
You will sit within our established Salesforce team (which already includes Architects, Developers, and Admins), so deep Salesforce expertise across the whole platform is not required. What matters is a firm grasp of core Salesforce concepts so you can collaborate effectively with the team and reason confidently about how HubSpot and Salesforce fit together - particularly the flow of leads, contacts, and campaign data between the two systems. No programming is expected for now - custom development is handled by the team; your strength is configuration, process ownership, and functional depth in HubSpot Marketing.
Act as the main owner and subject-matter expert for HubSpot Marketing - campaigns, email, landing pages, forms, workflows, lists, and lead scoring
Own the marketing automation setup: nurture workflows, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and lead-routing logic
Manage marketing data quality - deduplication, normalisation, and healthy contact/company records
Own reporting and dashboards for marketing performance, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Marketing and Presales teams, gathering requirements and turning them into working HubSpot configuration
Support presales workflows, sequences, and templates, and enable the team to use HubSpot effectively
Skip the repetitive application forms
