HR Payroll Executive

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, HR, or Business.

At least 1 year of experience in HR operations and/or payroll, ideally in an international environment with exposure to organizations of more than 100 employees, including experience supporting the growth, structuring, or scaling of HR or payroll teams and processes.

Experience supporting payroll preparation in India and the APAC region is required; exposure to additional countries (e.g. Australia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.) is a strong plus.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations in India; familiarity with APAC regulations and other international jurisdictions is an asset.

Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, etc.) is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is appreciated.

Dynamic, proactive, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with AI concepts and its potential application in a business environment
