Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental policies within our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE and a solid background in manufacturing Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor workplace safety performance and maintain HSE documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities on HSE matters
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 6–10 years of HSE experience in the manufacturing industry
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Availability
- Candidates currently available in UAE are preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
