Coach, influence and support leaders to strengthen HSE capability across the site

Lead risk assessments, safety initiatives, audits and workplace inspections

Investigate incidents, identify root causes and drive effective corrective actions

Deliver HSE training, safety awareness programs and compliance activities

Support injury management, wellbeing initiatives and environmental programs

Partner with operational, engineering, maintenance and quality teams to improve safety outcomes

Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health or a related discipline

Experience in a Senior HSE Advisor, HSE Lead or similar role within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or another high-risk environment

Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, compliance requirements and risk management principles

Proven experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections and risk assessments

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and coach people at all levels

A practical, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement and building a positive safety culture
