Job Summary
The Senior HR Operations Officer leads and oversees operational human resources activities within an organisation.
The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, offboarding, HRIS and HR technology optimisation, policy execution, and process improvement.
HR Operations and Improvement
- Strengthen HR impact through process simplification, technology improvements, and links with talent initiatives.
- Consult with employers and employees to identify employment needs and provide advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with staffing plans based on forecasted requirements, workforce losses, and critical competencies.
- Gather HR data and prepare statistical reports, correspondence, memoranda, and other documents.
- Maintain organisational charts, employee handbooks, directories, and performance evaluation forms.
- Develop and implement policies aligned with business needs, legislation, and industry requirements.
- Provide daily HR support to centres and ensure compliant implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Support strategy development and planning for employee relations efforts.
- Support job descriptions, performance management, disciplinary management, and absence management processes.
