About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Manage HR communications, prepare memos, circulars, and employee related announcements
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal processes, coordinate with departments, and prepare reports
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, resignations, terminations, exit interviews
- Prepare HR letters, employment documents, warning letters, incident reports
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, attendance, leave management
- Support payroll administration, including payroll verification, adjustments, employee queries
- Prepare monthly HR reports, analyze HR data, and provide insights
- Assist with visa related payments, employee benefits, air ticket processing, loans
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders on HR operations
- Support HR budgeting, policy implementation, and daily HR operational activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and UAE labor practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

- Assist with visa related payments, employee benefits, air ticket processing, loans, and HR administrative requests.
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders on HR operations and employee matters.
- Support HR budgeting, policy implementation, and daily HR operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and UAE labor practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
