- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR management within manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and company regulations
- Experience in end to end recruitment and onboarding
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive / HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within our manufacturing operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
