Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and ensure effective execution of HR programs, processes, policies, and strategic initiatives
- Partner as trusted advisor to client group leaders and employees in coaching, mentoring and educating
- Support resolution of complex employee relations issues in collaboration with legal and compliance teams
- Provide HR insights to influence and drive HR programs and strategic priorities including workforce planning, organizational design, talent management
- Coach leaders to foster increased employee engagement, inclusion and organization performance
- Act as a liaison to the employee led Social Committee
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Advisor experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in the management of all aspects of HR functions
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy
- Experience coaching and mentoring managers and employees
- Organized and very detail orientated but also able to see the big picture

Who You Are
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Advisor experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in the management of all aspects of HR functions.

- Some knowledge of employment law outside of Canada would be an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Organized and very detail orientated but also able to see the big picture.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office package; familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce an asset.
Salary Information
- Pay range for this role in Canada is: 82,000 120,000 CAD.
- Final compensation determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role specific qualifications.
