Responsibilities
- Support HR operations through data analysis, reporting, systems administration, and process improvement
- Manage the monthly sales order incentive process, including tracking, validating data, and preparing accrual and payroll files
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Sales Operations, and HR stakeholders to ensure incentives are paid accurately and on time
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision making across the business
- Work with HR data from multiple sources to identify trends and improve reporting processes
- Support HR technology ecosystem by working in Dayforce, assisting with system maintenance and reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to internal HR tools and SharePoint sites
Requirements
- Experience in HR, HR Operations, HR systems, analytics, payroll, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and meaningful business insights
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field

Job Overview
- We're looking for an HR Specialist & Analyst to join our HR Operations team on an 18 month contract.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, reporting, and process improvement.
- You'll play an important role in managing sales incentive calculations, enhancing HR analytics, supporting HR technology, and helping us find smarter ways to deliver HR services.

- You'll play a key role in supporting HR operations through data analysis, reporting, systems administration, and process improvement.
- A significant part of this role focuses on managing the monthly sales order incentive process, including tracking and validating data, preparing accrual and payroll files, and partnering with Payroll, Finance, Sales Operations, and HR stakeholders.
- You'll also help advance our HR analytics capabilities by developing reports, dashboards, and insights that support decision making across the business.
- Beyond reporting and analytics, you'll support our HR technology ecosystem by working in Dayforce, assisting with system maintenance and reporting, participating in process improvement initiatives, and contributing to internal HR tools and SharePoint sites.
Who you are
- Experience in HR, HR Operations, HR systems, analytics, payroll, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Salary Information
- The pay range for this role in Canada is: 66,500 92,000 CAD.
